Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026.
STEADY is operated by AJH Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account.
- Family content. The information you choose to add, such as family members, calendar entries, tasks, lists, notes and important dates.
- Support messages. The name, email, subject and message you send through our contact form.
- Billing information. When payments are enabled, payment details are handled by our payment processor. We store only records of your plan and purchases, not full card numbers.
- Technical data. Basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve STEADY.
- To authenticate you and keep your family's data secure.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To process purchases and manage subscriptions.
- To send essential service messages such as password resets and account notices.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run third-party advertising against your family's content.
- We do not use your family's content to build advertising profiles.
Who can see your family's data
Access to family content is restricted to the members of that family. These restrictions are enforced at the database level with row-level security, not only in the interface. Our staff do not browse family content; limited access may occur only when strictly necessary to resolve a support request you have raised or to comply with the law.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, database, authentication, email delivery and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.
Data retention
We keep your account and family content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated content, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Children
STEADY accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian may add information about children in their family, and remains responsible for that content. Children do not create their own accounts without a parent or guardian.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level security to protect your data. No service can promise perfect security, but we take this seriously and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
Changes
We will update this page if this policy changes and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email.
