Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of STEADY, a family organization service operated by AJH Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Your family's content

You own the content you add to STEADY. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content in order to provide the service to you and the members of your family.

You are responsible for the content you add, including information about other people in your family, and for having the right to share it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use STEADY for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access another family's data or disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or copy the service.
• Do not upload malware or abusive content.

Plans and payment

STEADY is offered at $6 per month, $50 per year, or $200 as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect a completed lifetime purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase, payments are non-refundable after 7 days, and renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.

Availability

We work to keep STEADY available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJH Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed events, appointments or deadlines. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and will make a reasonable effort to notify you first.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
