Refund Policy

We want STEADY to be right for your family. If it isn't, here is exactly how refunds work.

The 7-day window

• Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase.
• After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
• Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.
• Lifetime purchases are eligible for a refund only within 7 days of the initial purchase.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through the contact page within 7 days of your initial purchase. Include the email address used at purchase and the purchase date. We will confirm by email once the refund is issued.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

Cancelling a monthly or annual plan stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation on its own is not a refund.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, or a technical problem on our side prevented you from using STEADY, contact us. We will look at it fairly regardless of the 7-day window.
